Very concerned with this health care clinics practices, and professional standards. This clinic did not even read the physician instruction letter for my health assessment. As clearly outlined, my assessment was to be done by a MD or NP, instead it was done by a LPN nurse. The nurse was unprepared for my appointment. She did not have a stethoscope which is a basic tool for the assessment. I spent 20 mins walking around, trying to find the clinic. Then, I get a call from them saying that they were expecting that I would have trouble finding their clinic. If you already know the problem, why not fix it. Maybe add a proper google map location, a sign outside the building, or a picture on google maps. This was a horrible experience, I’m never going to use their overpriced services again.
