She charged me for a well checkup which has never happened before with any other provider with the same insurance, although there weren’t any medications, X-rays or specialists referred.
I've been seeing this doctor for years. Every visit is worthless. Her exams checking you, especially a physical are under-standard. She does not fully exam you. She does not listen to what you need but instead goes in one ear out the other. At first I really liked her and she was good to me. Everything was going fine till I asked to have a weight loss injection prescription that SHE prescribed sent to a compounding pharmacy in Texas. She absolutely refused to do that. Told me it was her PERSONAL policy, not Optimum Clinic's policy, but gave no reason as to why it's her personal policy. She said she would send it to a compounding pharmacy in state.
