I had a consultation with the dentist and have to compliment the receptionist and staff. Very kind and professional.
Few years back I went to see her for Gum Surgery. Initially she was nice and all good but on the final day she did one procedure without my knowledge and without preapproval from insurance or letting me know about the cost or my consent to do this procedure. I did not pay as I never agreed upon the cost but she kept sending the bills and I just ignored those bills. Recently had an exceptional experience with Dr. Kaur and her staff. I unfortunately needed a dental implant and was nervous about the procedure. Dr. Kaur was incredible! She heard my concerns, addressed them individually, and made me feel at ease through the entire process.
