My husband and I are down in the area for a month looking for some property, and we were really craving some homemade chocolate chip cookies and either zucchini or banana bread. But since we are renting a VRBO, we don't have all of my ingredients stocked in the pantry for me to bake. Also because of my allergies and our age, we are watching what we eat nowadays. We have ordered Amanda's White Sandwich Loaf and Brioche Loaf twice. Both are excellent loaves! We order them unsliced and slice ourselves. We slice the brioche loaf into thick slices--its the perfect texture for French Toast. The sandwich loaf has that pure, old-fashioned flavor with a delicate crust. We appreciate the simple ingredients-we know the quality is far superior to any store-bought product.
