I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines Day. The order was processed, I paid, received a confirmation email, but the flowers were not delivered. After multiple phone calls to this business, it was confirmed they simply didn’t complete the order. I was refunded in full, but I cannot recommend this business and I will certainly never order through them again (I have ordered from them in the past). Probably an honest mistake, but as a flower shop you need to be organized enough to handle multiple orders on Valentine’s Day.
RUINED VALENTINE'S DAY. No delivery, they avoided all phone calls all day. literally they forgot to process paperwork. Did nothing to make it right. All they said was, "we didn't charge your card so your all set". They have no business being in business!!!
