Physician doesn't mean MD or DO. Office staff lied about primary care physician status and couldn't open an xfa PDF. I needed another prescription appointment because in March they skipped three of them. Attached photo is a message from them assuring me that Amanda was assigned as my primary care physician. Two things: they denied that I have any primary care physician at all, and she is a nurse practitioner, not a physician.
