Dr. Winston is great! She takes her time, hears what is wrong and does her best to address it. She works with you and really listens. I love my doctor!

We've been with Dr. Winston for about 5 or 6 years now. I like that she sees children and adults so my kids will not have to change doctors when they turn 18. She is very compassionate and I've not had a doctor care so much about mental health in addition to physical health. The office staff have made some mistakes before, but nothing significant and everyone is human and makes mistakes. I called to cancel an appt one week prior to the appointment. Andrea the office help would not cancel the appointment. Then she told the doctor that I was rude to her. I then received a phone call telling me that I was being released from the practice due to the phone conversation with Andrea. The Dr never spoke with me about the phone conversation. I had the worst experience with the receptionist and because of that I will not continue to be a patient of Dr. Winston all over the fact that I need medical attention Dr. Winston was not available so I went to the urgent care. This office does not allow you to visit urgent care and if you dare go to one either keep it to yourself or be prepared to be treated like you have created a sin.

Love Dr. Winston. She answers all of my questions, and she doesn't rush out of the room! She is knowledgeable, and I have found her to be conservative in her treatment which I prefer!

I was happy there was a new doctor in Davison because I was tired of waiting an hour and a half at my doctors office. But Dr. Winston changed my medicine back to one I told her that already took in the past and it stopped working. As expected it didn't work again. She had me coming back every two weeks for tests I didn't need. I thought I was paying my copay at the time but over a year later I get a bill for $200 for unnecessary tests. I've been going to Dr Winston for a couple of years now and have been so impressed with the caring and knowledge she brings to her service that I switched my grandfather to her practice. She takes the time to listen to you and is thorough in tracking down the proper diagnosis. She aims to solve problems, rather than covering symptoms with medications. The wait time was quick, the medical assistant was very nice! I felt judged and rushed by Dr. Winston, I felt as if my feelings didn't matter. I wasn't a part of the decisions for my health. I will not be going back.
