Amanda expertly guided us through the sale of an inherited condominium. She was efficient and promptly responded to all our inquiries regarding the sale process. Amanda's skill at marketing the condo was impressive. The condo was under contract after one day on the market! Some hiccups occurred prior to closing, and she helped us work to resolve all issues.
I just finished a complex transaction with Amanda, many, many moving parts--- normal people really have no idea what we do :) So my 40 years in the real estate business and if I know anything, I know good brokers... she is a good broker. No drama, took care of her clients. She worked the transaction to get it done and closed with the LEAST AMOUNT OF DRAMA. Looking forward to the next one.
