I've been seeing Amanda for about 2 years now. For the most part I go weekly. I'm a good guy, but rough around the edges. I'm sure Amanda is soft/easy with most of her clients...but she paid attention to me and she knows me. She lets me get going but knows that I am truly there to get better and change my life and not just vent for an hour so she does a great job of listening and then holding me accountable. She was 10 minutes late every appointment in the year I saw her and often left in the session to get snacks. She likes to talk over you, is passive aggressive, hot-headed, and judgmental. She didnt help me and sometimes made my mental health worse. Not a safe space.
Amanda has helped me tremendously over the years with her knowledge, compassion & genuine care for mental health. She has given me the tools I needed to be able to navigate areas of my life that have helped me get to where I am today. Forever grateful for her!
Amanda is kind , compassionate, understanding, and very professional. She has helped me with a variety of things throughout the years. Having Amanda as a therapist is a blessing.
I wish I could say Amanda was a big help but all she did is sit there and listen with no feedback and wanted to end the session quickly. Not a fan and would never recommend her to anyone needing family counseling.
