Amanda pulledoff a miracle for us. We submitted an offer on a house contingent on selling 2 houses (primary and investment) asap. Within 60 days, both houses were sold at market valu and we're now in our new home. There were multiple challenges to selling both house both dealing with finicky buyers and first-time home buyers getting qualified. Amanda handled it all. We appreciate very much the effort extended to meeting our aggressive time frame.
