Horrible customer service. I was yelled at & told to leave. Her receptionist told me over the phone it would be $95. Then when I got to my appointment they wanted to charge me over $200 just to be seen. False advertising
My Spouse recommended Dr Hatcher to me and I was really impressed on how nice and patient they all were ( hard to find people with nice attitudes nowadays). Had a good selection of glasses to choose from and explained the prices in detail. Thank you all
Fast &friendly! Wouldn’t take the kids anywhere else!
Great optometrist and friendly staff! I had some issues with my latest pair of glasses and they were extremely patient helping me. Another time, I came in right before closing as a walk-in.. they waited on me and were very nice about it! Can’t say that for everywhere, but it is noticed when you find a place that does.
Had my yearly eye exam done and my optic nerve was swollen sent me out with a specialist within in a week!!
