Dr Thomas is an amazing doctor she listens and cares about her patients. Best care I have ever received!
She doesn't care about her patients. Not available, doesn't have another provider on-call when she is out of the office for prescription refills. Her staff actually suggested that I go to an Urgent Care to get my prescriptions refilled. REALLY? She does not answer MyChart patient portal messages in a timely manner. She did my annual exam and all she did was take my BP and listen to my heart and lungs. I'm not sure what kind of annual exam that is, especially when it was the first time I saw her. I only met with DR. Thomas a couple of times but loved her & I'm so sad she has left this clinic. I ould very much like to follow her if I discover where she has gone.
