I had a horrifying experience with Amanda when she evaluated me in the ER on 5/3/2025. It ended with her falsifying information in my medical records. I informed her that I would be seeking help at another hospital and she retaliated by labeling me as violent in my chart. As a black woman, this false information in my records put me in danger. I am taking all possible actions to get my records amended and to have Amanda held accountable.
Does not take patients concerns seriously. Do not come to her if you have an actual issue that needs assistance. Will brush off your concerns without listening.
medical racism personified. she refused to properly examine a (black) patient despite their repeated requests and labeled them as violent when they attempted to advocate for themselves. shameful and disgusting
