Amanda is a wonderful NP. She really cares and listens to everything that concerns me. My last post was user error and I felt the need to correct my review.
Amanda Stott was extremely good at understanding my problem and showed a caring approach to treating me.
Amanda is very thorough, she records you talking during the meeting then she goes over it to write thorough notes. However there is a critically bad level of communication with Amanda. I had to call twice to ask about my lab results interpretation even though by then I had googled most of it. They said she tried to call me on a phone number that is still listed on their website, so we had it removed. Then I asked if she could call us again to explain lab results. It's been weeks, nothing.
