We just had our first baby on the 13th, we have had bad experiences with Baptist Health Hardin and have been doing everything in Grayson County. We figured we would try Nortons.....Biggest mistake!! The staff were all (insert choice obscene word). Only the lady who weighed and checked our baby in was nice. The Doctor, Dr. AMANDA OWEN was the rudest, nastiest, and worst person I have ever met in the medical profession!!
