We called them to repair our hot water heater 5 months ago they sent out someone to fix it. They said that they fixed it but it still did not work. After a one and a half hour phone call the said they would look at it again and not charge us for the labor. They than told us they put the wrong part on, and we would have to wait for the other part to come in which was another two days without hot water. Arrived same day I was able to schedule work for the same day I called. I felt the work was well done and the price was fair. As a woman, I felt safe with the worker in my home. The work was done well and no mess was left for me to clean up after. He was in and out quickly and I didn't feel like he was prolonging the time in my home to add to the bill or charging me for things/repairs I didn't need. Great company. My garbage disposal crapped out about a week before I decided to call a plumber. With a 3 minute call I had an experienced technician coming within a day. He was very polite and was very sure not to disturb my home. He went right to it and it took him less than a half hour to finish the job.
