Older A/C units and windows so PG&E bill is more expensive. Lots of well established trees with shade and grassy areas. Apartment manager is awesome and good at communicating. Had several price increases over the last few years. Monthly family friendly community events.
Maintenance was very timely and fixed the issue very quick!
God complex with some perks and it used to be reasonably priced, but the rent goes up every year. The complex isn’t worth the price and I’m sure it’ll go up again this year.
The apartment mgt team has been amazing! Vanessa is always quick to respond, friendly and professional. Anytime I have a question she takes care of it right away. I am looking forward to moving to my new spot.
