Went to look at the apartments with my parents and was impressed by the site. The property was well maintained, the staff was great, tenants seemed friendly, location is close to everything and all my questions about the property were answered. This would have been our first choice but my parents got accepted into other apartments. It is worth a look!
My elderly Mom lives is this building and I constantly worry about her. Since Yesenia began managing the complex I feel like I can breathe again! She's so kind and so helpful at all times. She's easy and pleasant to work with when it comes time for my Mom to do her housing paperwork. We have visitor parking again and the property is so clean. Every weekend when I go up there all the tenants are so kind and saying hello to each other. There's nowhere else I would want my Mom to live!
Pete replaced the refrigerator door today in my apartment. He is always very courteous and respectful and did it in a timely fashion.
This property doesn't maintain there lighting the lights on the back street are all out making it unsafe for residents who live there. It paves a way for vandalism and makes it easier for people to hide in the dark areas since there is no lighting
Vintage Court Senior Apartments more than deserves this five star review. At the forefront of this stellar community is manager Kim, leasing manager Connie, and maintenance lead George. Together, they work as a seamless team, with a level of commitment that is shown in both large and small actions, from referring to each resident by name to hosting seasonal luncheon's. The elevator has be broken several times over the past 6 months and they do not hire qualified professionals to fix it. They tell the tenants they are "ordering parts". Most tenants just stay in their apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floor waiting for the elevator to be repaired. It is a life threatening situation.
