I received the WORST haircut of my lifetime at this place. These people clearly do not know how to cut hair. My hair is very long and I asked for layers. The photo shows what I got instead. Miss Amanda refused to refund me the total amount that I paid. Think twice before booking at this place.

I had a very frustrating experience with this salon, and I honestly felt misled. From the very first message, I was extremely clear about what I was looking for. I explained that I already had my own Brazilian hair extensions and wanted to know if they could use my current hair and possibly convert it to K-tips / keratin tips.
