Very caring and is a doctor that actually listens to parents' concerns. Not one of those docs that rush in and out in 2 minutes. Been a great experience for our family!
Just came back from this place for the pediatric I took my daughter to for her first year vaccinations and my experience was so bad I feel compelled to put a review. The nurse helping us before the doctor came in (dont know her name but she was a young African American lady) was very rude and when I asked her about giving vaccinations to my daughter would not engage or answer me. Never put my dietician referral in nor lab test. Now I have to start from scratch
I can honestly say prior to this morning, we loved DrMcCord, today the system around her completely failed this morning. We used Kelsey Seybold precheck— it even asks you if you’re going to be late.(it goes in increments with the final selection being ‘not coming at all) I chose the selection that we would be running late for our appointment. Great place, great doctor. There is no better Pediatrician than Dr. McCord. She has great bedside manner and treats every patient with respect and dignity. Regardless of patient background, she works hard to understand all concerns and provides the best diagnosis and care.
