Did not listen well. Referred me to someone else during a new patient virtual call that lasted 20 minutes — and then billed for a "complex visit" on top of a new patient visit.
Dr. Mayer is an incredible doctor. She's the first doctor I've felt like actually listens to me and takes what I say seriously. She's kind, realistic, non-judgmental, and I trust her.
