What a great company. The rental property team are so helpful which is refreshing and also getting to know Emma Ellis as an outstanding realtor has been a pleasure. If you ever need a rental property (or to rent one out), these folk are amazing. Also if selling or buying ask for Emma.

AMW Real Estate - Unprofessional and Negligent Property Management Our experience with AMW Real Estate was nothing short of a nightmare. They rented us a property that had severe safety hazards, showing a complete disregard for tenant well-being. One of the most alarming issues was the pergola, which had plastic panels dangerously held down by bricks. Eventually, these panels came loose due to high winds, nearly hitting our dog.
