Amanda is the best possible choice for a real-estate agent. I was an out of state buyer and she went to the extra effort to check the place out for me during heavy rains while the house was in closing and worked with the inspector on the concerns he found. She lets you know what you need to do to get your house ready to sell and has the connections to get the right contractors to get it done.
