Absolutely the best breast cancer surgeon. She performed a lumpectomy on my wife. At follow up visits with other providers, the providers always comment on the quality of work. The typical comment is, “wow, who did your surgery, I can’t even see the scar, where is it?”. Dr. Kong was amazing in her care of my wife, and was considerate of me as well. She considered “second opinions” and other approaches, before ultimately recommending her path of treatment. We are grateful for her advice and direction. We trust her fully.
Dr. Kong is wonderful. I felt comfortable with her from the moment I met her for my initial consultation after finding out I was positive for the BRCA2 mutation. She preformed my double mastectomy and was always very clear with the information she was giving and allowed time for any questions me or my husband had. When you have been given a scary diagnosis, you want Dr. Kong to be your surgeon. She was prepared, studying my scans and records before we met, and thorough and compassionate in her explanation. She was reassuring the day of the procedure and followed up quickly!! Can't say enough.
I worked closely with Dr. Kong and found her to be a true professional as well as a great mom with a warm heart.
