Amanda did an amazing job from start to finish. She did an amazing job communicating with us throughout the process to ensure we always knew what was going on and what to expect next. Whatever you do, do NOT use Dayami Del Risco as your buyer's agent. She does NOT look out for your best interests as a buyer, demands you put down more earnest money than you need to, doesn't even bother to ask to extend the due diligence period, and discourages the most basic of negotiations. She refuses to advocate or negotiate anything for you at all (not sure if it is laziness or just wanting to keep the sale price as high as possible to get her commission a few dollars higher).
