Whatever you do, do NOT use Dayami Del Risco as your buyer's agent. She does NOT look out for your best interests as a buyer, demands you put down more earnest money than you need to, doesn't even bother to ask to extend the due diligence period, and discourages the most basic of negotiations. She refuses to advocate or negotiate anything for you at all (not sure if it is laziness or just wanting to keep the sale price as high as possible to get her commission a few dollars higher). Amanda is a terrific agent; she works in a very positive and professional manner with you and asks the rights questions to ensure your needs are met. She is highly responsive and goes out of her way to answer questions, respond to issues, etc. I highly recommend her for purchasing and/or selling your home.
