I really appreciate Dr Shepherd being open and honest about needed treatment and/or surgery. She gives me options and is never pushy about proceeding until I’m ready. She’s very attentive and listens to my needs. Just a very compassionate and concerned individual.
Dr. Sheppard is one of the best dr I've ever been to. She is caring an listens to you when you talk. She has replaced both my shoulders, an both my knees. She knows what she is doing. Dr. Sheppard is wonderful an amazing dr.
I am very pleased with the results of my shoulder surgery. Dr. Shepherd is very experienced and answered all my questions before and after surgery.
Dr. Shepherd just performed a total reverse shoulder replacement on me. She did a great job of providing me information about what to expect before, and after the surgery. She was a good listener and very attentive to my concerns and questions.
