I have been going to Amanda Hight Estate Sales for nearly 20 years. Sometimes I am looking for a particular item and sometimes I’m just curious. I always seem to find something I want or need and if its not the first day of the sale they are always willing to negotiate on the price. There are also progressive markdowns each day of the sale, so if you are willing to gamble that the item will still be there the next day you can wait. Amanda was very professional and efficient in organizing the furnishings we needed to sell. She knew how to display everything and was very knowledgeable about the value of everything. Truly a blessing and a pleasure to work with!
I had no idea what to do with a house full of furnishings when my mother passed away. One call to Amanda solved that problem. She got a key and I did nothing after that. She sorted, unboxed, cleaned out and priced everything. The sale lasted 2 1/2 days and I received a full accounting of the sale. Easy Peasy, Amanda has my vote for holding your Estate sale.
My coworker just finished an estate sale using Amanda and she could not be more pleased. She said Amanda and her crew were very professional and made the process so easy. She would highly recommend anyone requiring that service to call on her. She actually went above and beyond what was required of her to assure the security of all possessions and property. She’ll get it done!
