Amanda sold my vacation rental in Vermont as an out of state investor. She helped me get a lot of open house walkthroughs and get it under contract. I probably negotiated most of the deal because it's a fierce sellers market at moment even with a home that sells itself easily. But, she got me through the transaction and ended up bending to my demands as an aggressive seller to be a team member with buyers realtor to close the deal on time. Amanda was great to work with! She helped my fiancé and I purchase our first condo together in Burlington, which is not an easy market to buy in. Her responsiveness and communication were top notch, and we both learned a lot about the home buying process along the way.
