Amanda did far more than any real estate agent I have ever worked with. She even tiled a kitchen backsplash! At first I didn't want to have a real estate agent as I have sold homes without one. In retrospect, she saved us a lot of money. She did, and recommended things my wife and I would never have thought of.
We have lived in all 4 corners of the US and can say that Amanda Headley is top-notch! She was our agent for the purchase of our new home and was SO helpful with all aspects of the purchase a week ago!!! She's been a great buyer's agent, and we are looking forward to her being our seller's agent for our old house.

Amanda sold my vacation rental in Vermont as an out of state investor. She helped me get a lot of open house walkthroughs and get it under contract. I probably negotiated most of the deal because it's a fierce sellers market at moment even with a home that sells itself easily. But, she got me through the transaction and ended up bending to my demands as an aggressive seller to be a team member with buyers realtor to close the deal on time.
