Mandy is fantastic. She is on the ball, responds promptly and has a great handle on the real estate market. We had an issue with the title on a house I was selling that I listed with her and she went way above and beyond to help get things squared away. While that was happening she was able to keep the buyer calm and making the transaction happen.
As I write this review from our new home, I just want to give a shout to our realtor Mandy Harrington. Mandy met with us early in our search efforts. She truly paid attention to our wants and kept us realistic with where we may have to compromise. From the time we went under contract she ensured the trains stayed on the tracks, communicating with our attorney and the sellers realtor. The service and kindness that Mandy displayed to our entire family in the sale and final closing of our mother’s home was greatly appreciated. Taking extra pains and effort towards the end to make sure the sale closed made all the difference.
I just closed and this wouldn't have happened without Mandy. She is articulate, emotionally intelligent, smart, and resourceful and is the best guide to today's tricky real estate scene. Hands down Mandy is the best realtor I ever met!
