Always has a positive attitude and makes me feel like she actually cares about my babies.
Dr. Hendricks answered my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Explained everything In detail & made the visit very comfortable!
Dr. Hendricks was courteous, professional & personable as always. She always takes the time to listen and relates to your situation.
She is amazing! She helped my daughter with all of her concerns and throughly answered any questions that she had!
We have been seeing dr Hendricks since my oldest was born and we absolutely LOVE her. My oldest is always excited to go to the doctor because she makes the visit fun.
I would not recommend Amanda H. Hendricks, MD or SouthCoast Health Pediatrics, as I believe they are utterly incompetent. Dr. Hendricks believed my daughter to have a possible infection with swollen lymph nodes. I had to basically beg her to prescribed some form of treatment. I believe her failure to treat put my daughter at additional risk of infection getting worse. Also Dr. Hendricks and her staff tend to leave early frequently, which makes it very difficult to get important test results during normal business.
First appointment with my daughter and they only want to give her 2 shots that she did not need it. They were ready to vaccinate her. I told them not, one of the shots was the flu shot . I switched to another pediatrician and when I asked for my daughter immunisation record, the flu shot it is in the records. They never gave her this shot and anyway they charged the insurance as she was given it. Beware
Had a good experience with Dr Hendricks and I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends! Very clean and neat environment as well as professional customer service.
Dr. Hendricks is great! She takes her time, every time, and communicates very well with parents
