Amanda Greenwood was absolutely wonderful to work with while searching for a home to purchase. She was always available for communication and showed us each house without making us feel rushed to decide. She truly listened to our list of wants and made sure she provided listings that had them in mind. We had a lot of ups and downs because of the mortgage company but she was very supportive and I feel very fortunate to have found her.
We live 450 miles away from our new home. Amanda was crucial in helping us make a purchase that we were happy with. Also Amanda's knowledge of Missouri real-estate rules and regulations was very helpful to somebody from out of state. We consider ourselves quite lucky to have found Amanda.
Amanda was AMAZING. From the first phone call to the closing of our new home! Being 450 miles away, she took the time to video home we were interested in, prior to us coming down.
