I was gone due to a medical issue and the office “fired” me as a client. In the notes on MyMercy it’s even noted that I contacted them to know I was gone for 4 months. I’ve been with them for years and to come home to not having a provider is not only insensitive, but morally wrong .

My son had a tumor in his nose and received radiation to his face for 6 weeks. We saw Amanda Vester for a persistent cough/runny nose about a year after treatment when his regular doctor wasn't available. I was concerned because of his history. She said, "Maybe he should learn to blow his nose." I just drove by the office tonight and remembered that again. Happy to report he has learned to blow his nose. I wonder if she has learned how to not be the B word.

I did not enjoy seeing this provider. I went in to see her for my first time and for a physical. She kept getting up while I was talking, clearly ready to move on to the next patient. I had 3 questions and it was a physical. I took up maybe 5 minutes of her time. And on top of that she charged for an office visit on top of my physical because I asked questions about my health. She did take the time to answer me and she did not ignore me. Maybe she's nicer with established patients. I will not be going back.
