While this practice is totally impressive and I was prepared to rate with 5 🌠 before today, I just want to add that the customer service is top notch. I'm a bit embarrassed to say I was that mom who booked an appointment and showed up on the wrong day! I promise I am usually more on the ball, and it was totally my fault. To make it worse, the office was closed to patients! The gals that were there, however treated us kindly and helped fix the issue we were having getting those darn rubber bands on! From the time we walked into the door today for the very 1st time my husband was impressed by how clean & friendly the staff were not just to us but everyone there. Glad we finally got in to see her. Five ***** all around. Looking forward to the next 2 years.
The Staff is always happy, welcoming and truly caring!! My son had a rough appointment last week.. and Michaela took the time to send a hand-written note to check on him.. and let him know she was thinking of him! That is amazing customer service! We are so happy .. and recommend this office to anyone!!!

They are friendly, knowledgeable, great atmosphere and I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes, punctual.
