Not impressed whatsoever by the care she gives her patients. If you want to be left on the back burner, never receive your test results, and be left in the dark she is your person. 0/10
Was willing to hear a patient giving constructive criticism to their team and work with the patient and the health care team to improve the approach to patient services in their deliverance of leaving a phone message keeping HIPAA, patience rights in mind when transferring protected healthcare information over the phone from one entity to another entity.
