I have been with Amanda Escobar Allstate since 2005, over 20 years, for my home (3 different ones now) and numerous auto policies, as well as business liability insurance. My son just got his first apartment and has secured rental insurance through them. Their level of customer service and industry knowledge is unsurpassed. Carlos is especially attentive, patient, kind, and super sharp. I highly recommend Amanda and her team if you are in need of insurance. They are the best!
Tori P and Carlos Cisneros went above and beyond to help me fix and issue I had with my billing that was caused when my daughter changed over to her own policy . This was not a mistake caused by Tori or Carlos. The process to fix this issue took more than a day, which I expected. But Tori kept me updated every step of the process.
