Amanda came highly recommended by a previous HOA resident. She exceeded all expectations for my wife and I. When first called she came by that same day and was in constant contact with us on any and all issues. Her knowledge of the market and advice on preparing the house for sale was right on track. Because of her efforts this has been one of the best if not the best relocation for us. We knew we were in good hands throughout the process.
Amanda was professional, and courteous, and provided us with experience and knowledge that resulted in our home purchase. We would seek to use her again if we ever looked for a new home! 10 out of 10 recommend!
Amanda represented the sellers when we recently purchased our home. We have an issue with our final walkthrough documents not being upheld. Amanda has ignored evey attempt at communication, and will not respond to our emails. We have not had a good experience working with her and find her unprofessional to say the least.
