Amanda was excellent and made the process of selling our home easy. She walked my husband and I through comparable listings in the area and helped us to set a price that we felt comfortable with. She helped us to stage our home and sent out mailings to people in the neighborhood to generate interest in the house. Amanda helped coordinate several showings of the house before the open house and shared feedback she received from those showings. Amanda was incredible. She had an inside scoop on the house we ended up purchasing before it went on the market. We did not know Amanda prior to this process and got connected through friends. Having the inside scoop allowed us to get our things in order before seeing the house. She was amazing through the offer, negotiations and sale.
