This hotel has a serious issue with its security staff. The first time I arrived with my children, the guard at the entrance refused to let us in. The second time, another guard told me that parking was allowed and invited me to come back. However, when I returned again, the first guard once more denied entry without any explanation. My recent stay at this establishment was extremely disappointing. The "owner's suite" was significantly different from the pictures advertised online, leading to a feeling of being misled regarding the quality of the accommodation. The suite itself was below standard. The room lacked cleanliness, the promised amenities were either unavailable or in disrepair, and the bathroom was unacceptably unclean. They aren’t located where they show here in Google Maps, here they show 125 East Harmon Avenue, Tower 3 of MGM Signature. But when you book you don’t know in which accommodation them you place you in. They placed me in another address, Tower 1 of MGM Signature that is far from avenue and don’t have the same view. Do not trust in this company.

I am absolutely disgusted with the abhorrent treatment I received at this organization. Not only did they fail to provide me with my relieving letter or experience letter, but they also subjected their employees to a toxic environment filled with political maneuvering and backstabbing. It's infuriating how they manipulate and mistreat their staff, only to discard them like trash once they've served their purpose.
