My mother has lived here for 20+ years, since about 4 years ago everything has gone down hill. They don’t have enough money to fix anything. Hey amalgamated can you at least place trash containers for dog walkers so that maybe dog walkers are encouraged to pick up after themselves. The block has shit pits literally muddy shit pits. I get it not your fault but no one can walk or come out of there cars with out being surrounded by shit pits
I’ve been here over two years and in the past two years I have had multiple issues with my apartment, I had to be transferred to a new unit due to these issues. Management are crooks. They raised our maintenance 45% this month! we are in a financial crisis yet they continue to sell no tenants the dream in order to get their money. Don’t fall for it.
