Please get rid of your call center!!!!! They don't follow through. They ask for soc security numbers! The calls get cut off.
I want to thank Dexter for being my saving grace today. I arrived to the bank at 5:01 knowing they close at 5:01. I desperately needed to make a deposit for my employer. The whole team was very understanding and assisted until the end, thank you soooo muchmuch for your hospitality and A1 customer service. Blessings!!

I'm proud to say that I put my money where my mouth is, and Amalgamated Bank has made that decision easy. Their Executive Director is a Black woman, and when my business, Level Leaders, was looking for a fiscal sponsor to take donations, all of the big organizations said no because we didn't have $1 million in committed donations—a classic catch-22.
