The staff at this branch listened to my online access concerns and escalated my ticket, ultimately helping me to resolve it within the day.
Please get rid of your call center!!!!! They don't follow through. They ask for soc security numbers! The calls get cut off.
I want to thank Dexter for being my saving grace today. I arrived to the bank at 5:01 knowing they close at 5:01. I desperately needed to make a deposit for my employer. The whole team was very understanding and assisted until the end, thank you soooo muchmuch for your hospitality and A1 customer service. Blessings!!
