I've lived here for over three years, and while many people have already pointed out the positives, I feel compelled to address a serious concern. The garage is not a safe place to park your car. Too often, the garage door is malfunctioning, and none of the levels have security cameras. Not even moved yet but very confused . I have communicated to the front deck person for literally 3 month now. And was always told that promotions can be applied prorated for entire rental period ( 12 month prorated of 6 weeks free) Once i submitted applicating I was tolled that its not true and 6 weeks free can only be used for the first 2 first month of rent . I don't consider that it was professionally delivered massage ( very confusing) and it should be hold accountable as promised.)
Update: 6/2025 I renewed my lease since the previous management took care of the Roach issue. A new issue pops up, I am in a 2bed 2bath unit and when I lease it, I expect to use both the bathrooms. So the maintenance comes in and makes holes in the master bath since the unit below has a leakage and says the bath is not usable and that they do not have a timeline to get it fixed. Seriously???? Never can get a hold of the leasing office. Even have the wrong phone numbers in emails. Don't answer emails. Has gone downhill for the last few years. Do not recommend.
