It is very poorly maintained and very poorly run. Never in my life have I had such a terrible rental experience than I have had at this property and with this company. Strongly advise against choosing to live there. Would not recommend any other properties owned or managed by Cortland either, no matter the location.
Staff was great at the tour , was offering great specials and apartments overall are very clean and updated
I would not, under any circumstances, recommend living here. The problems far outweigh any benefit of location.
We're on our second lease, and enjoyed the previous management, but now, it seems difficult to get into contact with anyone to get anything done. We have chain smokers residing next door despite it being a no-smoking community, but the complex has issued a third violation, maybe fourth, and they're still smoking away. How many violations does it take to get this taken care of? Rats, fire alarms, bugs... This place is going way downhill.
We love this community because it’s so close to everything. The office team is usually nice and I see they are planning resident events which we really appreciate since we just moved here from out of state. Overall I feel we made a good decision moving here!
