Not even moved yet but very confused . I have communicated to the front deck person for literally 3 month now. And was always told that promotions can be applied prorated for entire rental period ( 12 month prorated of 6 weeks free) Once i submitted applicating I was tolled that its not true and 6 weeks free can only be used for the first 2 first month of rent . I don't consider that it was professionally delivered massage ( very confusing) and it should be hold accountable as promised.)
Update: 6/2025 I renewed my lease since the previous management took care of the Roach issue. A new issue pops up, I am in a 2bed 2bath unit and when I lease it, I expect to use both the bathrooms. So the maintenance comes in and makes holes in the master bath since the unit below has a leakage and says the bath is not usable and that they do not have a timeline to get it fixed. Seriously???? It’s been 2 weeks. Due to those holes, the master bedroom was full of dust, doors do not close due to the air movement from those hole... read more
Never can get a hold of the leasing office. Even have the wrong phone numbers in emails. Don't answer emails. Has gone downhill for the last few years. Do not recommend.
Amazing staff and awesome location!
It is very poorly maintained and very poorly run. Never in my life have I had such a terrible rental experience than I have had at this property and with this company. Strongly advise against choosing to live there. Would not recommend any other properties owned or managed by Cortland either, no matter the location.
