I moved in a week ago and could not be happier with the management team and maintenance staff. Jake in the office was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all of my requests during the move-in process. Marney from maintenance was also fantastic, very polite and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Excellent experience so far!

Not even moved yet but very confused . I have communicated to the front deck person for literally 3 month now. And was always told that promotions can be applied prorated for entire rental period ( 12 month prorated of 6 weeks free) Once i submitted applicating I was tolled that its not true and 6 weeks free can only be used for the first 2 first month of rent . I don't consider that it was professionally delivered massage ( very confusing) and it should be hold accountable as promised.)
Update: 6/2025 I renewed my lease since the previous management took care of the Roach issue. A new issue pops up, I am in a 2bed 2bath unit and when I lease it, I expect to use both the bathrooms. So the maintenance comes in and makes holes in the master bath since the unit below has a leakage and says the bath is not usable and that they do not have a timeline to get it fixed. Seriously???? Never can get a hold of the leasing office. Even have the wrong phone numbers in emails. Don't answer emails. Has gone downhill for the last few years. Do not recommend.
