Maintenance guys Derick and John did an excellent job installing our driver. They were very efficient and quick.

Derek and Andrew were great! Super friendly and cool crew. They replaced our fridge and fixed up whatever they needed to. It was a quick fix for them and they always address new/existing issues within a timely manner when it comes to maintenance.

Recently moved to Octave with my significant other. The Octave staff from day one have been so helpful to us! Selena, Wendy, Derrick, and the whole Octave team have been assisting us immensely in the most welcoming and friendliest manner!
