We’ve been living at Octave Apartments for almost a year now, and my husband and I absolutely love it here. The community is clean and well-kept, and I really appreciate the bright outdoor lighting at night. It makes me feel safe going on walks even after dark. (I do hope they replace the bulbs in the few lights that are currently out.) We also really like the non-smoking policy. It helps keep the air fresh and makes the environment more enjoyable. Let me start with this I have been with octave community for almost three years. I have lived in tons of other communities aswell. This has been the best to this day to be at. The team at octave has always made sure that anything I have asked was taken care of or answered. What a great team ran by the office managers. I highly recommend anyone looking into a community living to settle your choice with octave apartments and ask for Mercedes!
They constantly tag your cars. Years ago I had a car get towed because it "looked inoperable" it drove perfectly fine and was registered/insured. Yesterday they tagged another car, when I brought it up to management they told me that it could be due to the fact that it's "unwashed" you guys literally ban washing cars in the complex and we live in Las Vegas....between dust and droughts nobody should be washing their cars to begin with. It's getting to be a bit much living here.
