I met Amal a few years ago in sort of a random way when my stylist was sick and she was filling in. Obviously, the universe loves me! I found a great hair professional. She truly understands my hair's character (rebellious). She listened to me (when is the last time a stylist did that, am I right?) and figured out a cut that makes me happy and makes my hair behave. Amal was able to capture the natural curls that used to be so free upon my head. Years of pony tails and buns had hidden them away. Yesterday, after working to repair a bad haircut I had received from someone else, she did round layers and WOW! It was my hair as I remembered it used to be. Amal will be teaching me how to continue to bring out the beauty of my natural curly hair. I am so happy to have a wonderfully talented hairstylist and a new friend. PS - My husband loved my new hairdo!

Amal knows how to cut curly hair! I will not go to anyone else every again. We actually talk about what would look good with my hair and my face. She also knows how to color. I don't just mean easy color. There is depth and gorgeous shades.
I can attest the reviews on here are totally legit. I switched here from the hair salon Blo out in Brier Creek, just to see if there might be a good hairstylist closer to where I lived. Boy, was I right! Amal is an amazing stylist and did a fantastic job on my hair. Her personal studio is extremely comfortable and she can naturally pick up what suits you or go by your requests. There is no question that I'm sticking with her.
