Wow, with a formal medical background myself, and having management experience in the industry, I was amazing at the single first question, "Are you on any controlled substances." Yes, I replied, but my specialist of 30 years can continue to handle that medicine, since Dr. Delamerced obviously can't or won't deal with scheduled medications. That's not a problem. The person taking my call acted as if I was Doctor Shopping for scheduled meds - when I was actually ASSIGNED Dr. Delamerced as my PCP and wanted to establish a PCP ... read more
