This apartment isn’t safe place to live anymore residents belongings been stolen and my car’s wheels been stolen and the lease office they don’t take a damn about it. I talk to one other neighbor and he said his apartment was broken into while he was out.
While exploring Dublin, we came across Amador Lakes. Beautiful community and the staff are extremely pleasant to work with. Had a great tour here and highly recommend.
My husband and I moved to California and spent 3 years living in Amador Lakes Apartments. I have nothing but good things to say. It is a safe area. The neighbors were friendly. Never had any problems. If we had a maintenance issue they came right out and addressed the issue. They kept the community updated. Whether it was planting trees or refinishing the pool. We recently moved out of state and I actually got my whole security deposit back (which has never happened in my entire 25 years of renting).
Update: One year later: They had the pools closed for sooooo many months... However, they are open now! and everything is back to peaceful! I suppose there are ups and downs with everything in life but the pros of living here absolutely outweigh any cons because they are all temporary. Maintenance is friendly and easy going.
