Update: One year later: They had the pools closed for sooooo many months... However, they are open now! and everything is back to peaceful! I suppose there are ups and downs with everything in life but the pros of living here absolutely outweigh any cons because they are all temporary. Maintenance is friendly and easy going. Worst apartments ever. The service is actually worse. The “manager” Alicia is condescending, passive aggressive, and rude. She either ignores emails or responds as if she is superior. Just a nasty person. I regret ever living at this place and I warn everyone to stay away. You will highly regret signing a lease here. Unprofessional and awful people.
