Truly a rough year for me living here. The apartment itself was lovely, but water leaks! The first day of my lease, I had a water leak in my bathroom, and I had another HUGE one about 3/4th of the way through my lease...both in a similar section of my apartment, but the second leak, management had no urgency in getting it taken care of. It took a lot of complaining to get an actual plumber to show up, and that was after I threatened to get a hotel and ask them to foot the bill. Beautiful architecture in a great location

Please note - One of the five star reviews tied to this apartment complex was left by the Chief Marketing Officer of the property management company 2B Living, not a tenant.
