There was never a moment that she didn’t make us feel at ease. As much as selling and buying a home is stressful. Tara made the process extremely comfortable!
Tara Miller helped me with the sale of a house and purchase of another house after helping several family members in their own transactions. She was extremely attentive, detail oriented, always answered emails immediately (even sometimes after hours when I didn’t think I’d hear back) and advocated hard for me throughout the entire process. Worsts real estate layer i ever dealt with, our lawyer was Tara Miller. She told us the seller of the lot I was buying had approved plans from the city and all the survey, approvals, etc. meanwhile none of it was true. We even asked her to put in the contract if the lot is not approved for a two family home we can cancel the deal.
