Worsts real estate layer i ever dealt with, our lawyer was Tara Miller. She told us the seller of the lot I was buying had approved plans from the city and all the survey, approvals, etc. meanwhile none of it was true. We even asked her to put in the contract if the lot is not approved for a two family home we can cancel the deal.
