Amada Torrance took care of my wife's grandfather and did an excellent job at it. He was suffering from CHF, and their caregivers were understanding, knowledgeable and always on time. They helped him claim on his long-term care insurance policy to pay for care, and they made the entire claims process easy and smooth. I'm not sure what Mandy M is talking about because all of their caregivers were screened (according to Andre, the owner, screening is part of their policy) and provided excellent service. Five stars.
I needed a caregiver for my father, but I heard awful things about this company. They do not provide checks for employees. They inform their employees that because their check did not come in the mail they would have to pay twenty dollars. They said, "We cannot control the mail." Otherwise, the employees would not receive the check. They are not honest. The owner and the hiring manager are very professional. The office managers are not. Thank you Amada for providing great care for Dad. We love our caregiver and appreciate all the hard work that the office staff and our caregiver do for us.
Great office staff, Great salesreps, great communication. The only downside was that it took a while to find a great caregiver that worked well with my mom's personality. We tried 2 different caregivers before we found Marie to help my mom. She is great!
My mother adores her caregiver and my family is happy with the service. We finally have peace of mind that she is well taken care of.
