Such an excellent company. John and his team were prompt and well prepared to help my family member asap. They left detailed care notes every day and I loved reading the care notes that were emailed to me daily. They were so helpful and kind.. I hope this review is helpful. It’s such a difficult time for our loved ones.
We have been using Amada for 10 months now. I am so glad that I signed up my parents to use their services. Because I don't live in the area anymore and it can be difficult to meet their daily needs myself. The scheduling team is very responsive and proactive about finding replacement caregivers when one of the regular ones cannot make a shift.
